Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

dracotel provides digital eSIM connectivity services. Because our product is delivered electronically and activated instantly, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods. We aim to be fair and transparent in all cases.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Annual Subscription Fee

The $19 USD annual subscription fee is non-refundable once your eSIM profile has been provisioned and delivered. Because eSIM profiles are activated instantly upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued after delivery.

2.2 Data Balance Top-ups

Data credit purchased via top-up is non-refundable. Your data balance never expires as long as your subscription is active, so there is no risk of losing unused credit to expiration.

2.3 Payment Processing Fees

Card processing surcharges displayed at checkout are non-refundable, as these fees are charged by our payment processor and cannot be recovered.

2.4 Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Your eSIM profile was not successfully delivered or could not be activated due to an error on our end
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error
  • The service was materially different from what was described

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at support@dracotel.com within 14 days of the charge.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal

Your annual subscription renews automatically if you have a saved credit card on file. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period — you will continue to have service until your current term expires.

3.2 Bitcoin Subscriptions

If you paid with Bitcoin, your subscription does not auto-renew. We will notify you via your account page (and email if provided) before your subscription expires so you can manually renew.

3.3 Auto Top-up

If you have enabled auto top-up, you may disable it at any time from your account page. Disabling auto top-up takes effect immediately for future charges. Any top-ups already processed are non-refundable.

3.4 What Happens After Cancellation

Your eSIM remains active until your current subscription period ends. If not renewed within 14 days of expiration, your eSIM profile may be deactivated and any remaining data balance is forfeited.

4. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can often resolve issues faster than the formal dispute process.

  • A description of the issue

We aim to respond to all dispute inquiries within 48 hours.
